Shipping & Returns Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Thank you for shopping with us. We want ordering from us to be simple and hassle-free. This policy explains how we handle shipping, returns, refunds and damaged or faulty items.
Shipping
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days, where available
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. During busy periods, holidays or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. Any applicable free-delivery offers will be clearly shown on our website.
Order tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, ideally, within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the packaging and damaged item
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you generally have the right to cancel your order under UK consumer law.
For most online purchases, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Items should be returned in an unused condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Please note that certain products may be excluded from the usual cancellation rights where an applicable legal exception applies, for example personalised or customised products.
Return postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Refunds may take several working days to appear in your bank account or payment provider's account after we process them.
Toys and Children's Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, please do not return toys that have been used, damaged or contaminated unless the return is because the product is faulty or defective.
If a toy has been opened but is otherwise in resalable condition, please contact us before returning it and we will advise you.
Parents and guardians should always check toys for damage or loose parts before giving them to a child and follow any age recommendations and safety instructions supplied with the product.
